Advanced Brain and Spine Institute now offers treatment for conditions involving the Sacroiliac joint using an innovative approach with Spinal Neuronavigation. This transforms this type of surgery to an approach that is faster and offers even less invasiveness. Navigation allows placement of the fusion implants with a smaller incision, and higher precision. It also allows patients with atypical anatomy to be able to have this procedure. This approach also offers much less radiation that the traditional surgery using x-rays. At ABSI, we strive to be at the forefront of all surgical technologies. We are still among very few centers that offer this approach with SI Joint Fusion.
